This is the first instant of that we experience separation from creation and our Creator, and is the genesis of duality, and also contains the essence of male and female and that we need another to complete ourselves, when the reality is that we are entirely whole unto ourselves.

In this meditation we discover the primal cell and open it up, releasing the energy frozen in duality, and release it, moving into unity instead of duality.
