This meditation is the first transmission received after my initial awakening in Kenya in 2018.

Every time we have died and not remembered who we are (Self Realization) the body has an automatic fear response because it thinks all will end. That fear creates a little smoky thread that wraps around the Source Star at the base of the spine, and it constricts and sometimes completely chokes off the energy flow from Source Creator.

This transmission dissolves the blocks, allowing the energy source at the base of the spine (Source Star), to begin to flow again. Sometimes known as kundalini, this truly is our natural state of Being, with energy directly from Source Creator flowing through us, as us.

As the Source energy flowing up the spine reaches the crown, it comes out the top of the head and cascades down around us like a fontanelle and rejoins the energy stream which now runs continuously, forming a vertical toroidal field of Source Energy continuously surrounding us.

The heart is also opened, creating a horizontal toroidal field and now the process of aligning out physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies can truly begin.
